Hands-On Product Knowledge Training

Learn the Herbal Skin Solutions Backbar Collection through a hands-on treatment session with an expert Educator, Esthetician. You’ll work through product selection, treatment design, application, and the business side of using the collection in your spa.

The training covers the full curriculum:

• Formula fluency: Understand the collection’s ingredients, functions, textures, and product selection so you know what to reach for and why.
• Protocol design: Learn to sequence, layer, and customize products for the skin in front of you.
• Hands-on technique: Refine your application, product layering, and treatment flow with by receiving a full facial treatment or working with the Educator to give one on a model.
• Client recommendations: Turn what you use in the treatment room into clear home-care recommendations.
• Your cost and profit: Learn what each treatment costs, what you earn from it, and how to make the most of each backbar product.

Hands-On Training without Back Bar Collection Set is $850 and does not include products. The Hands-On Training with Back Bar Collection Set is $1804 and includes the full Back Bar Collection Set (designed to generate $22,500+ in profit).

 Participants can travel to training locations in Davie or Orlando, Florida, or San Anselmo in California’s North Bay Area. If your spa is within two hours of one of these locations, you may be eligible for a trainer to travel to you, subject to availability.
